After we verify your buyer's payment and approve a sale, we'll send you an email letting you know it's OK to give your vehicle to the buyer.

Do not give your vehicle to the buyer until we've verified your buyer's payment. After we approve the payment, it's safe to hand over the keys, however you choose fit.
