General use:
How do we use your device information?
Broadly speaking, we use your device information to understand how our App is used from a technical perspective. For example, what browsers, devices or operating systems are the most popular amongst our users. We also collect error reports which are used by our developers to help them diagnose and fix bugs in the App.
Anonymized Data:
We may create anonymized data records based upon your App usage to improve the quality of the services we provide. These records have all personal identifying information removed (e.g. first name, last name, email).
Disclosure of your personal data:
We do not share, license or swap your information with any third parties without your consent, except from what is described below:
Users:
We will share your first and last name with other Users for the sole purpose of enhancing App services. For example: we show your name to another user when you message them (or they message you). We also show your first name next to content you post - for example, when you list a vehicle for sale. We also share some basic information about your public profile with other users, including the month and year you created your account and whether you have made a payment with us before.
Amazon SES:

Google Analytics:
When someone uses our App we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect Device Information. We use this information to determine what kind of devices interact with our App and track the popularity of various pages.

Sentry
We use Sentry.io to collect error reports and Device Information to gain insight into any errors our users experience whilst using the App. Further information on Sentry’s privacy policy can be viewed here: https://sentry.io/privacy/
Stripe
We use Stripe to handle any purchases made within the App. Like most payment providers, Stripe collects your name, address and credit card information to process your payment. Keysavvy
We use Keysavvy for vehicle payments made using Vancamper Pay. We share your contact and vehicle information with Keysavvy for the sole purpose of facilitating your transaction. By using Vancamper Pay you agree to KeySavvy's privacy policy and terms of use.
Other
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights. This includes providing information to vendors or service providers on our behalf (e.g. payment processing, fraud prevention, identity verification).
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the App), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
California Users
You can choose to delete your account at any time. As a general rule, when your account is deleted, we also delete all personal information we hold on you, including your profile information, favorites, posts, messages and any photographs you have uploaded. There are few exemptions to this rule:
For any online purchases made in the app, we use a 3rd party provider - Stripe. We do not process, record or maintain your credit card or bank account information. To understand more about this please refer to Stripe’s documentation and privacy policy - https://stripe.com/us/privacy.
The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, as detailed in our Terms of Use. We do not intentionally gather personal data from visitors who are under the age of 13. If a minor under 13 submits personal data to us and we learn that the information is of a child under 13, we will delete the information as soon as possible. If you believe that we may have personal data for a child under 13, please contact us using the information below.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. When we do this, we’ll include the date of which the update was made, and a revision number. You should consult this policy regularly for any changes.
