The van: Ram Promaster 1500 Back-up camera Dash camera All 5 front window covers Everything about the vehicle is in good working order, no warning lights The Conversion: * BEAUTIFUL 100% Custom one of a kind cabinets* - Large drawer for food storage and large utensils - HUUGE drawer for the Dometic CFX 40 fridge - This 12v fridge is awesome! It keeps food at any temp you want and can even go well below freezing to be used as a freezer. The fridge runs on the battery system and uses very little power. There is a 12v plug behind the cabinet for the fridge. - Mirror with LED lights built in (rechargeable) - Double door cabinet for water storage - Two 7 Gallon Relliance BPA free water tanks (1 for clean water & 1 for grey water) operated by a quiet foot pump - Vehicle Awning 8.2'x8.2'. Manual awning with extendable poles for adjustable heights. - Custom bug screen on side door. It’s able to close behind you with magnets - A lot of love went into this conversion, I hope that is easily seen *Full size bed* - The bed fits a Full/Double sized mattress - 5” memory foam mattress (Very comfy) is included. Sheets also included. - 12v plug for charging phones etc. right next to bed - Light switches right next to bed *12v self-sustaining electric system* The power in the van is 100% self-sufficient - 200W solar panel set up (Two 100W panels wired in parallel) - 220AH AGM deep cycle battery set up (Two 110AH batteries wired in parallel) - 20A Renogy solar charge controller - 1000W Renogy Inverter/charger o If desired this could be wired to use shore power to charge the batteries, I haven’t done this because I have never drained the batteries enough to need shore power. - All appliances/outlets are wired to a fuse box with the appropriate fuses - Battery isolator installed between the AGM batteries and the vehicle start battery o Meaning when the start battery is at a full charge, the isolator recognizes this and if the AGM batteries are not charged it will use the start battery to charge the AGM batteries. This will only happen if the vehicle is running and the start battery is fully charged and being charged by the alternator. - 6 led lights throughout the van on 3 different switches. 4 main cabin lights, 2 lights above the galley (kitchen), and 2 lights above the bed. There is PLENTY of light in this van! - 12V outlets at the head of the bed, base of seat in the cabin/living area, and at the right side of the galley. - 12V USB dedicated outlets at the right side of the galley - 110V outlets at the base of the seat in the cabin and the right side of the galley - Maxxair 10 speed reversable fan/vent o This is the best fan you can have for a campervan, 10 speeds in or out, you can open the vent without running the fan, it can be open and running in the rain or on the road, it uses very little power. I have never drained the batteries below an 10V charge, if they have ever gotten low I start the van for a few minutes and it charges it back to full charge. There is enough power to charge your phones/speakers/cameras etc. and charge a laptop run basic appliances (coffee pot, small blender, etc.) and you could even charge or power some power tools on the inverter. *Galley/Kitchen* - Beautiful one of a kind wood slab, epoxy counter-top. The cracks are dyed blue to give it a rivers and lakes effect. - Bar sink with running water - Drop in propane stove top with glass cover that folds away giving you additional counter space when the stove is not in use. - Power right at the galley - Dometic CFX-40 fridge concealed in the cabinets - River rock back splash - Small overhead cabinet for cups *Lots of storage space* - Two large sliding drawers below the bed, great for storing clothing, pots & pans, koozies or whatever you please! - Two large sliding drawers below the bed going out the back of the van, great for storing additional camping supplies etc. - Large underbed storage accessible from the back of the van for whatever you want. - Roof racks for mounting your kayaks, bikes, skis, etc. - Inside clearance is 5'5 *Safety is key* - 12v propane detector - Fire extinguisher included - Everything in the cabin is fastened to the body of the van from the floor to the bed to the cabinets *Windows & curtains* - Installed three windows to bring some natural light and ventilation in o Two sliding windows one above the bed and one above the galley o One porthole window above the other side of the bed - Thick thermal blocking curtains on all windows and between the cabin and the van cab *Missing* - The van has the vehicle's heat and ac but no after-market heat or ac other than the Maxxair fan.  There is room to install a heater under the passenger seat. - No built in bathroom, but again there is room to install one - No shower
