2015 RAM ProMaster 2500 High Roof - Partial Build

Seller's Description

-- Clean title/registration up-to-date. Only one prior owner (NYC bakery). 55k miles. -- Full maintenance history available & meticulously documented. Last date of service: 4/13/2024 -- Vehicle in excellent working condition. Front wheel drive; comfortable ride, handles well in urban environments & wildlands all four seasons. New Rain-X windshield wipers. Spare key fob. -- High Roof 136WB. Approx. 9ft overall height. Interior standing height over 6ft. -- Was fully built, custom camper van lived in for approximately one year (2017/2018). Has since only been used for weekend trips. No longer practical for our growing family & has so much life left, it deserves a new owner who will put it to use! -- Fully off-grid solar system with two 150W solar panels mounted on roof. Also have option to plug into shore power. Battery bank with four 6V AGM batteries in box; 30amp circuit breaker, 45amp converter/charger, & 2000W Pure Sine Wave 120VAC inverter. Several 120V power outlets throughout. *All components of solar system/electrical professionally installed by Ryan's RV Town in Everett, WA (with exception of DC wiring via crimp terminals); user manuals available. -- DC wiring throughout with color-coded pathways. -- MaxxFan Deluxe 7000K Electric Powered Roof Vent with Remote Control; installed with DC wiring. -- Three custom windows including C.R. Laurence (CRL) horizontal sliding window on driver's side, CRL AutoPort Sunroof at rear, & vintage LeVan porthole window on upper rear passenger's side. -- Majority of build was recently stripped down to insulation to decrease personalization & allow next owner to do a more quality job with things. Remaining interior structures include a twin-size bed frame situated between rear wheel wells & partial galley: live-edge Pacific madrone slab countertop with hand-pump sink/rudimentary plumbing & compartment storage below. -- Insulation composed of Noico 80mil sound deadening material applied directly to sheet metal, followed by 3M Thinsulate SM600L (thickest grade engineered for vehicles) adhered with 3M 90 spray adhesive, & then Reflectix double reflective insulation adhered with foil tape. A combination of duct insulation (self adhesive foam with foil backing)/Gaps & Cracks spray foam was used to insulate oddly shaped/hard-to-reach nooks & crannies. Ceiling has cork mat underlayment material adhered over Thinsulate. -- Flooring composed of 1in rigid foam insulation overlaid with 1/2in plywood followed by 1/4in cork underlayment. Vinyl flooring currently in place has some damage & will likely need to be replaced but provides protection of cork mat for now. -- Swivel base installed beneath passenger side bucket seat. -- Reflective window coverings for windshield & driver/passenger side door windows included. -- Winter chains included. -- Dometic CoolFreeze CF-25 12V fridge included, but not currently working. Something inside got knocked loose, so hopefully it will be an easy fix!
