Seller's Description

Fully converted 2019 Promaster that was my home for 15 months in 2022 and 2023. I loved the time I spent traveling across North America in it, but I recently moved back overseas for work so I unfortunately have to sell it. My parents are available to show the van in Cleveland, but free delivery is available. I'm also open to reasonable offers. The van was originally professionally built by Happy People Vans in Denver, CO and I’m the third owner since it was converted. In February 2024, Kip Amore at ProMasters Only (https://www.youtube.com/@promastersonly1419) did a full inspection and repaired all issues (details below) to make sure you're ready to drive straight off for the next adventure! Dimensions are 72” x 58” - I’m 6 ft and fit comfortably on my own and slightly less comfortably with friends -Large side windows and rear door windows which keep the van bright during the day - Reflectix window coverings are included -Storage cabinets above bed / seating area on both sides and above kitchen counter with hydraulic hinges so that they stay open when in use -Six drawers in kitchen area -Two large cabinets - in kitchen area and above refrigerator -Large drawer under table -Storage space under bench seating and in garage - big enough for skis but probably not a bicycle or other bigger items (for bigger items, you could definitely add a rack on the front/back/side and possibly on the roof though you’d have to work around the solar panels and fan vent) -15 lb propane tank in vented casing with bluetooth-enabled monitor -Thetford PortaPotti 135 toilet in rollout drawer with 200 lb capacity (this space could probably be converted for more storage if you don’t want a toilet) -Havelock insulation Kitchen / water: -Dometic CRX 65 fridge / freezer combo (12V) -Dometic 2 burner propane stove -8” deep stainless steel sink with swivel faucet -Shurflo water pump and accumulator (12V) -Sediment filter -2 6 gal freshwater tanks with quick release connection to sink -1 6 gal gray water tank Climate: -Maxxair fan - dual direction -Suburban propane furnace with thermostat - kept me warm during many below freezing nights! -Zero Breeze Mark 2 AC with battery pack Other: -Van Essential coverings for windshield and front windows -Mosquito netting for side door -Solar shower which you can hang from the rear doors -Tire chains for snow -2 sets of string lights -GPS tracker - requires a subscription of around $100 / year
