This van has been kept immaculately, to the point where I almost only filled up gas from Costco gas stations. I am a bit OCD and even shoes have very rarely even been in the van. This van was built by a professional tiny home builder and there are absolutely zero mechanical or internal issues with the vehicle. The biggest thing that sets this van apart from others is how intentional I was about making sure there were close to zero toxic chemicals in any of the building supplies used. *Very Important* Another thing that sets this van apart from every other listing is that I have weighed this vehicle twice “Fully weighed down with camping gear, full tank of water and gasoline” And both times it was under the GVWR. There also is a DC-DC battery charger, and the ability to plug into a 30amp outlet.
