Seller's Description

This small but mighty Ford Transit Connect XLT has been lovingly converted to a comfortable and stealthy camper van and is ready for your next adventure. This conversion has been treated with great care in it’s journey’s across the country, receiving routine maintenance and kept in great working condition. The Connects are known for long life, with some reaching over 700k miles on the original engine! The Build: • Rooftop fan/vent Maxx Air 0007500K MaxxFan is bidirectional, multi-speed and has remote control • 20 Liter 12V portable refrigerator/freezer with SECOP compressor • Victron Energy Orion-Tr Smart 12/12-Volt 18 amp 220-Watt DC-DC Charger• Fully insulated floor and walls • 12V 200Ah LiFePO4 Lithium Battery • Custom insulated window covers • 52″ clear interior height • Convertible bed/couch with easy pullout design • Custom in cabin sound system with soundproofed walls • Bed is 72” long and 34” wide (18” wide when in bench mode) • Expanded over-cab storage area • 12V inverter for charging devices while driving • Custom in cabin audio system with Apple Carplay/Android Auto ready display • Includes everything seen in photos (speakers, 4” custom mattress, privacy curtains between cab/living space, etc.) The Van: • 2011 Ford Transit Connect XLT • Power windows • remote key/fob • Around 75,000 miles • 26 MPG fuel economy • Very few cosmetic blemishes, especially for its age • Known issues – o Summer tires only. Studded winter tires are recommended for winter use. o Minor scratches and dent on front left bumper from parked fender bender. No relevant damage. Minor rust on the side skirt panels, none on frame. o The mechanism to hold the spare tire under the car doesn't work. It shouldn't be much trouble to get repaired but I've gotten by just keeping the tire in the van. Carfax report also available upon request Delivery is available upon request if purchase is agreed upon upfront. I will drive the van out and fly back home anywhere in the country for additional cost.
