Serious inquiries only. Thank you!** 2021 MB Sprinter High Roof 144WB Diesel V6 turbo 7-speed automatic for sale. We lived in this self converted camper van full time for about 2 years. Currently located in Portland metro area (about 20mins outside of Portland). Only selling due to life changes and can no longer afford to keep it, unfortunately. It is registered in California not Oregon. - 200W of solar panels on the roof with another 200W panel from renogy that hasn’t been installed, 2000W inverter/charger from renogy, 50A DC-DC charger, x3 100 AH lithium batteries (2 from Renogy, 1 from battleborn). 120 power available, shore power available. 3 ways to charge the batteries: while driving, shore power, and solar panels. - Bed is a convertible dinette style. Plenty of storage underneath the seats, additional storage underneath the raised floor, electric/solar is stored on the driver side, water tank on the passenger side. 2 cabinets above the beds for storage, plenty of storage in the kitchen as well as a small closet with mirrors. - Lagoon table installed, converts to bed when not in use. - Fresair installed that runs straight from the fresh water tank for cool air that runs off 12V as well as a brand new deluxe maxx air fan that was just replaced above the kitchen. Fresair pulls fresh air in while the max fan can pull air in as well as pull air out of the van, provides excellent cross breeze in the van. - Isotherm elegance 12V fridge with freezer - wired for diesel heater unfortunately not currently working (Chinese diesel heater). - Butcher block counter tops with real marble backsplash, vinyl waterproof wood flooring, shiplap walls, groove and tongue ceiling with 12V lighting installed, above the cab extra storage. - Small black kitchen sink, insta hot water. Large 30 gallon fresh water tank over the wheel well, 20 gallon grey water tank mounted underneath the van. -Side ladder from Flatline Van Co. - The wanderful set of insulated window covers for rear windows, passenger window, sliding door window, and maxx fan opening. - small sliding window in kitchen, sliding window in sliding passenger door, and back door windows installed. - bug screen installed in passenger sliding door - insulated black out curtains installed on tracks - Swivel seats factory installed, 360 degree camera, tow package, heated leather seats, electric controls for seats and side mirrors, side mirrors fold in when needed, keyless start (comfort plus package). - 7” Media Console System with Apply CarPlay and navigation. -Brand new tires BFGoodrich All Terrain K02s - Has a space where a toilet can fit comfortably, currently have a large casset toilet installed. Can install a 12V toilet as this has been wired to be upgraded later on. - Sink is on the passenger sliding door side, able to use as an outdoor shower or rinse off if needed. No indoor shower. - Insulated with havelock wool and 3M thinsulate -Clean record, no accidents. Only 1 owner, bought and converted in 2021. - Just recently repainted the cabinets and walls, have extra paint left over that can go with the buyer if you want/ need touch ups later on. - on the roof we have installed a stand to place starlink, which you can see on the video. - The bed is 67” long x 64” wide. Floor to ceiling height is 74”. - Gets about 18-20mpg. - Service A/B complete with paperwork. Service B we did transmission fluid change ourselves the rest was done at the dealership. - We have multiple spare keys that came with the vehicle, the owners manual, and all the manuals to the solar and heating equipment inside. -The last picture is the original window sticker from when we purchased the van which has all the specs the van came with including upgrades. Cons: - Needs windshield replaced. - Needs diesel heater replaced / fixed? - Still financed through our bank, financing will need to be configured through our bank to pay off the remaining balance (approx 30,000). We have spoken with our bank and in order to sell the buyer will need to pay our bank (either through their own financing or cashiers check) and the DMV will send the title in the new owners name to the address provided. The remaining balance that isn’t due will be sent to us. Our bank is a small credit union located in Southern California (First City Credit Union) but the payment is able to be done over the phone or in person at a branch location. - We have remodeled the bed from a fixed bed to a convertible dinette style bed. Because of this we do have some holes in the plywood of the small closet where things were previously running through and no longer are, visible in the video provided. The plywood would need to be either filled or something replaced in those spots, minor and really only small cosmetic details.
