PRICE IS OBO This 2021 Ford Transit 250 mid roof 148” wheel base is built to be completely off grid, and is adventure ready! The exterior is rhino lined army green, and it’s on BF Goodrich KO2’s On top is a solar panel which keeps the lithium battery charged up, as does the engine when it is running. Speaking of the engine, is a 3.5L v6, with plenty of power for the AWD transmission, there hasn’t been anywhere it hasn’t taken us. Inside, the roof is wood planked, with LED lighting. Walls are shiplap, with a faux tile backsplash. Front seats swivel to face the removable rear passenger bench, which has 3 seatbelts. Kitchen has a sink which is independently supplied by a 5 gallon fresh water tank, and dumps into a 5 gallon grey water tank, both located under the sink, with plenty of storage space to spare. A dual propane range top and Dometic fridge complete the kitchen. Lots of space in drawers and cabinets, which are made of bamboo. Bed easily converts from a couch/bench into a “full” bed which sleeps two adults comfortably. Under the bed is the battery, inverter, toilet and a 20 gallon fresh water tank. A double bunk system, made by “Cabbunk”, fits over the front seats when swiveled facing back, can sleep two children or small adults. Near the back of the van is a Joolca hot water heater, which easily connects to the 20 gallon water tank, but can also be removed from the van and pump water from any source (lake, pond, creek etc) providing hot water, while saving the onboard water.
