Seller's Description

CARFAX AVAILABLE! This van is awesome! It's got two large drawers on each passenger side, a massive gear drawer in the back, a pull out kitchen with a Coleman stove, a 35L Dometic top loader fridge, a fold-up solar shower, a magnetic bug net for those door-open evenings, a bookshelf (with a kindle slot!), and the solar setup is equipped to charge your phone, laptop, run the big fan, and the fridge. Oh, and you can jump-start the van via the solar battery with an isolator we installed. We used to have an awning mounted to the side of the van, and we also used to have Velcro-mounted blackout curtains to separate the front and rear. Both are easy to add back in if you want! We enjoyed those when we lived in the van full time. This van was converted by us for full-time living, selling because we have 2 kids now and are moving overseas. 2 of us lived in this full time though we spent a lot of time outside. Ideal for a weekender but living was pretty comfortable for us, as we maximized the build for storage and headroom for those rainy days. You can comfortably sit in the bed without feeling cramped and lift the mattress to access the drawer below if you need to. The bed is comfy with a 5" memory foam mattress, though a tad shorter than a standard bed (We cut it to have more storage on the bookshelf, which could be re-added if you want some length back. All power is either 12v or USB to minimize power loss to conversion. We didn't use a ton of power so 125amp hours with a 100 Watt solar panel worked great for us, that being said, the roof rack and battery location both have ample room for more to be added if you want a second or third panel. We also talked about adding slats to the roof to make a deck, but never got around to it--but there are easy spots to bolt on slats if you want a rooftop deck! This is super stealthy with no obvious vent fan to give it away, we parked in cities all the time and never had any issues. It looks too small to be a camper! We were comfortable with a powerful 12v Boundless Breeze fan (included) at night except for a couple really hot nights. However, it would be easy to add a vent fan as the ceiling was screwed in last and is a single plywood panel. Gets 22MPG highway and 19 on average. Has been upgraded with larger tires than pictured but remains weight-rated. Mechanically this van has been incredible, no issues owning it since 2018 except a stretched hood latch cable (just means it is finicky to open but still works fine with a modification I made). Minor nicks in the paint here and there and the steering wheel and seats show some wear. The minor plywood damage on the floors in these pics is cosmetic and has already been fiized. To maximize headroom, the drawers aren't on runners but they slide nicely and you can pull the rear drawer 75% out when fully loaded. (The large drawer easily fit all of our climbing gear, backpacking gear, clothes, and other random junk, its huge). No holes have been put in the sheet metal so no leaks or potential leaks. Van is titled and registered to us. This van comes with: x1 Dometic 35 gallon fridge ($880 new) x1 100 watt solar panel x1 125amp hour deep cycle battery x1 Renogy charge controller x1 2 usb port mounted (2.1amps (additional USB on the fridge)) x1 500 Watt inverter wired to XT60 for 12v plug in and also has cigarette lighter plug if you want to go to the van itself x1 2 burner propane stove x2 enamelware bowls and plates as well as knives for your kitchen setup x1 12v boundless breeze RV fan wired to XT60 to plug in x1 Battery doctor battery isolater allowing for house battery charging when driving as well as reverse polarity to jump start off of house battery (has been done, on the old battery, and works) Brand new starter battery <8 month old tires all around except spare I don't necessarily recommend this if you are super tall but can be modified easily to make it more comfortable for a tall person (I can explain more if this is a concern). This is a great van if you want to update it or DIY anything as the van was built to easily be deconstructed if we needed to. Willing to take offers other than listed price.
