Seller's Description

The time has come for me to sell my beloved, incredibly rare 2018 Alp Adventurer 19RD. With a 6-inch lift, it is built on the 2018 ford e350 superduty and has the extremely capable 6.2L v8 engine. It has 4.10 gears stock from factory. I specifically sought out this engine as it was much more powerful than the 5.4l V8 and gets better gas milage the v10 that comes on a lot of these motorhomes. This model can only be found in Canada is four season rated. This means thicker wall insulation, double paned windows, and all the holding tanks are located INSIDE. The 19RD is extremely rare (as of now I have not seen any currently in the United States and was imported from Canada). It is 19ft long (similar to the Thor Majestic 19g but with a more open interior design and a rear dinette that offers seating for 6). This unit is completely custom and is built to be entirely off grid capable without the need for a noisy generator (although has shore power connections should one want to add one). It has a 300AH Lithium battery with an entire victron electrical suite along with 400 watts of solar on roof. This setup runs everything on the RV except the air-conditioner (including the microwave and an induction cooktop) WITHOUT requiring shore power! FYI - Because the unit was imported from Canada, the speedometer is in KMH and the odometer currently reads 63000km (39,000mi). The ALP Adventurer 19RD: Sleeps 4 (Cabover bed is a queen and rear dinetter converts to bed slightly smaller than queen) 32 Gallons of fresh water Electric water pump City water hookup and regular fresh tank fill port 6 gallon hot water tank (with water heater bypass) 16 gallon grey tank 22 gallon black tank 40 gallon gas tank 12 gallon propane tank 16,000 BTU furnace 11,000 BTU roof air conditioner 3-way dometic large refrigerator. The propane is so efficient we never used electricity. Living full time in the RV we would go about 3 weeks between propane refills. 30AMP shore power connection Wet bath with shower, toilet and sink (porcelain toilet) Seatbelts for 6 people Fire extinguisher. Smoke, CO and propane detector Backup camera Blinds / night shades Bathroom skylight Engine block heater Friction side entrance door with grab bar Led lights (interior and exterior) Low point drain and winterization valves Roof is polyolefin walk on roof Spare wheel / jack Acrylic electric awning with LED light strip Upgrades include: -6-inch Weld Tec designs lift with custom spec springs in rear with fox 2.0 shocks, and extended radium arms and skyjacker coils and fox 2.0 shocks in the front (radius arms keep everything in perfect stock alignment preventing increased wear due to lift) -Weldtech tube winch bumper with 7.5inch aftermarket amber lights mounted to front -Auxbeam switch panel with 6 slots for aftermarket lights/compressor/etc -Scan gauge II -Method 704 race wheels with 285/70/r17 BFG KO2 tires -Upgraded bluetooth stereo headunit with upgraded door and rear speakers, amp and sub. Sound is pristine and bass hits hard -Custom wrap surrounding RV (hated the RV decals) -300 AH lithium battery -2000 VA Victron mulitplus inverter -400 watts solar on roof -Victron 100 | 30 solar charge controller -Solar isolator (turns off and on solar) -Victron smart shunt -5" memory foam above cab (I still have original pads that came with RV that are included but I hated how there were so many creases and cracks so I switched it out to one entire mattress) -2" hitch receiver -Led lights with diffuser throughout rear for softer light This RV is incredible and one of a kind. Being 19ft, it fits in all parking spaces and is easy to drive. With 4.10 gears it has plenty of power to get up big hills, despite the 6 inch lift and 33inch tires. Everything runs perfectly as it is my daily driver and I am still using it for work and travel. Any questions feel free to ask. Happy to supply additional photos as needed. Clean title in hand
