2014, ROADTREK NAV-6 ACTIVE campervan. This is the standard factory produced Roadtrek NAV-6 Active layout. Roadtrek took a 2012 Nissan NV-2500 cargo van and converted it in 2014. I removed the forth rear seat to open up the cabin and place a porta potty. The bucket seat is included in cost. These were very limited productions and not a lot of this model on market. Price reduced to the lower end of Kelly Blue book estimated value . Very functional floor plan and since it does not look like a traditional RV can be parked in most communities. Gas milage is about 14/city and 17/highway. All systems, invertor, water, water heater, microwave, electric cooler and pop up work. Price includes a new Thetford Porta potty (in box), relatively new mattress in pop-up as well as a mattress foam topper for main cabin. Also included are a set of front and side weather-tech sunshades and the shore power cable with adaptor. All systems work. Motor was replaced in 2020 (has about 23,000 miles on it) and catalytic converts relaced in Oct. Engine runs smoothly. Background on the motor, the water pump failed at about 70,000 miles and by time we could safely pull over the heat warped the engine blocks and the engine was filled with coolant. Added photos of the engine and new AAA battery. We have had no issues with the new engine over the last 23,000 miles until the catalytic convertors, which were replace last fall. All work on the van was performed by Nissan Master mechanics and at Nissan dealerships. I also replaced the hotel batteries last year and main battery was replaced last month. We are the second owners and we purchased it in 2020 (during COVID) for a cross country trip. I am getting ready to retire and we do not want to move with the van, so have to sell.
