1997 7.3L Ford E450 Ambo. Resprayed in Toyota Calvary Blue, new tow mirrors, LONG list of maintenance done by Ford. My finish carpenter asked “hey doing anything with that Ambo or could I go crazy on it?” I replied, “go wild”. And here it is, over a year later he has built this INCREDIBLE interior! The interior is a collection of beautiful woods such as mahogany countertop, trim and face frames, the doors and accents are a lamination of mahogany/ash/maple/cherry/oak, the walls are reclaimed boards from a tobacco barn next to the shop that were milled down and made to look like tongue and groove. Re-insulated with R10 XPS and sheathed in 3/4” marine grade Baltic Birch (ceiling is 1/4 marine grade Baltic Birch). Systems- 1200w solar, 300ah of heated Battleborn Batteries, included 3000w inverter. (We did not build this electrical system, however it was done by an electrician according to the prior owner). 21gal fresh water, 16gal grey water. A diesel heater can be included if needed. We are just finishing my up some trim, adding a couple components to the electrical system, and cleaning the cab before really putting it out on the market but figured we would put it out there if anybody wants a chance to make some final changes/additions!
