About Us: We bought this van in November of 2023, spent the first couple months converting it into a camper, and have now been traveling full time for the past few months. This was our second van build and we had a great time customizing and improving the design from the first van. We designed this van to be as self sufficient as possible while maintaining a homey feel and comfortable living space. As it is time for us to return home for the rest of the summer, we want our van to continue her adventure with a new owner. We would love to answer any questions you may have, but here is some info to get you started! Vehicle: 2021 Ford Transit, high roof, extended long wheelbase with about 45,000 miles. 6’5” interior ceiling height (the highest roof available among similar vans). 1 previous owner (delivery truck), no major issues since we purchased it in November 2023. Backup camera, heat, AC, lots of cupholders, collision avoidance system, lane keeping, etc. Powertrain warranty till 60,000 miles. We get about 17 mpg combined with our gas motor. Bedroom/dining area: A partially fixed bed with a 6 inch memory foam mattress easily pulls out to queen+ size bed. Built in bedside cubbies with usb and usb-c charging ports. The U style bench and large table allow for plenty of seating and dining space and the lagoon swivel mount makes for easy access to the back bench. The fully extended bed only covers the back bench, leaving room to use both side benches and the table. Under the bed is home to the water tank, plumbing and electrical, while still having ample storage room in between. Two out of the three benches are also open storage, while the left bench stores the toilet. Upper cabinets also run the length of the van. Bathroom: The Cuddy Composting Toilet is stored under the left bench and slides out for comfortable use (even when the bed is fully extended). The composting section of the toilet is brand new. There is an outdoor shower located out of the back of the van. The shower is connected to the 2.5 gallon electric hot water tank, has a bamboo platform to stand on, and an optional pop up tent for privacy. Kitchen: 110L Dometic fridge with a freezer compartment, propane camp stove to cook inside or outside, lots of counter space and storage, and a large sink with hot water. The 20lb propane tank is stored under the sink. Multiple outlets on both sides of the kitchen. Electrical Specs: 2x 200 watt Renogy solar panels, 2 x 200ah AGM batteries and a 2000 watt inverter/charger. We have three potential power sources- solar, charging off the alternator while driving, and the option to plug into shore power. Between the solar and the alternator, we rarely drop below 90% charge and have never needed to plug into shore power. While living in the van full time that includes running the fridge, blender, coffee maker, water pump, water heater, lights and charging multiple devices throughout the day. The battery monitor is located in one of the upper cabinets for discrete yet easy access to the inverter switch and battery/ charging info. Plumbing Specs: 40 gallon water tank and 20 gallon undermount gray water tank. Living in the van full time the fresh water lasts us about a week and a half, depending on how much we use the shower, and the grey tank is about the same. Automatic water pump and 2.5 gallon water heater are controlled by switches next to the sink. Other: Two Maxxair fans create great circulation, along with two bedside Sirocco 360 fans for the warmer days. Dimmable lights across the whole ceiling and secondary under-cabinet lights. Cedar shiplap walls and ceiling and all wood cabinets make for easy painting/ customization. Vinyl plank flooring, combination of 1 inch foam board, rock wool and spray foam insulation, blackout curtains, etc. Included: Mr. Buddy propane heater, removable storage shelf for under the bed (fits a short surfboard up to 7’0”), insulated window covers for rear windows,
