Cross nuts (no quick screws in the metal sheets, they rust or come loose over time!) 2) High quality materials - e.g. Baltic Birch (more expensive but higher quality → doesn’t warp like HD plywood, and offers lighter build enabling use ½ inch instead of ¾ inch!) 3) High quality components - all top brands and components with quality, reliability and comfort in mind. E.g. Espar diesel heater: programmable (come back from the hike to a heated cabin on wheels), safe combustion chamber with external exhaust, can run forever as long as you have diesel in the tank, it’s silent while you sleep. One owner, used for full time living and remote working for 2 years for two people. All systems thoroughly tested! Very well cared for and always driven smoothly (25.8MPG overall average!!) Powerful energy system. This setup kept us up and running without ever needing a wall socket for over 2 years. Cooking and living full time in the van while both working 40+ hours per week for a big tech company (2 laptops, external screens, etc.) Fixed bed. With a full setup with fridge, freezer, oven, pressure cooker, blender etc. the only limit is your imagination! 3rd passenger. Designed for full time living (or very comfy holidays!) for 2 people. When needed, the cushions from the bench can easily assemble as a floor bed for an extra guest. Selling as my wife and I settled down in a wheel-less home and just got our first baby!
