Seller's Description
$2k OBO. 186k miles. This 97 Dodge Van B3500 was in good condition until about 2 weeks ago. Van needs a new transmission and radiator. Will start but won’t run. A great fixer upper for a passion project. PROS: Van has a strong engine. Has a couch that folds out into a full bed. Also a kitchen area with a sink and a propane fueled two burner stove top. Built in propane tank, mostly full. Even has a functioning fridge, microwave and solar panels on the roof. Has good closet space with drawers included. Plenty of shelving and extra cabinets for lots of storage. Comes with an old school flat screen TV and coffee maker. Also has a built in generator that works when it wants to. Tires have decent tread and bottom has no rust, as the van has spent most of its life in the south. Also has a spare tire on the back. Van can tow up to one ton. Comes with 3 inch mattress topper for extra comfort and pillows. Has emergency toilet which is just a bucket with a toilet seated top to sit on. Many windows and they all open. CONS: Won’t run because transmission is shot. Needs radiator too. Tubing between water tank and sink leaks so water doesn’t flow from the sink. A few of the blinds for the windows need to be restrung. Generator works when it wants to. One of the hinges on the fridge needs fixing. Roof fan doesn’t work. Will need to be towed when picked up
