I’ve included an extensive list of all of the professional buildout/installation details below. There are a few small scuffs and dings on the outside body that are purely cosmetic - see photos. The camper buildout is in good condition, including all of the water, propane, and electric connections. My favorite luxury component of the build out is the webasto heater which runs off the gas tank, not the propane, so cold weather is extremely comfy in this van. In prep to sell I had the front cab professionally detailed and steam cleaned. I personally detailed the cabin. The engine runs great, I’ve taken it for routine maintenance throughout the last 2.5 years I’ve owned it. Last year I repaired thermostat housing which was an aftermarket product known to fail. I had custom thermostat house built and its been working without a hitch since I had that done October 2023. The two cabin features on the fritz currently are the reading light above the bed, just gotta order one off amazon, and the ceiling vent fan which opens but there's an electrical connection I've been meaning to fix.
