This van was once a Mark III passenger van. It was completely gutted and refinished bottom-up, inside and out! Starting with the exterior, the van was repainted satin black with incredibly tough Raptor Liner. All lights were replaced for brighter LEDs. New wheels and tires have been installed and have only a few miles on them. There is a 2 inch tow hitch set up for towing with the large 5.8L engine. Two 170 watt solar panels were added on the roof as well as a Maxxair fan. A larger alternator has been installed to support the 20 amp DC-DC charger. For the electrical system, there are two renogy deep cycle batteries totaling 200 amp hours. Each battery can be isolated or they can run together. All loads and sources have 40 amp breakers which includes the solar panels, the inverter, the DC-DC charger and all DC loads. The individual DC loads all have separate fuses as well. The system easily runs the air conditioner at only a 20amp draw. There is also a diesel heater installed in the "garage" and ducted into the passenger cabin. This includes a remote control for the unit. Lastly there is a DC/AC fridge installed in a drawer that can be locked for safety when you are driving. It is hardwired for DC power but can also be plugged in to AC power if needed. For the inside, up front the headliner was replaced with black suede. The dashboard was refinished and a new radio installed with Rockford Fosgate speakers. The radio is touch screen and supports Apple Carplay and Android Auto. It also has an automatic backup camera when the vehicle shifts to reverse. New auxiliary switches were installed overhead. There are three in total, one of which controls the light bar, the other two ready for whatever accessories you would like. The carpeting in the cabin was replaced with brand new black automotive carpeting and the engine cover was reupholstered as well. The passenger seat has been modified to fully swivel around or lock in the forward position. You can swivel the seat without having to open the door too! The flooring in the camper is a laminate wood over a plywood subfloor. The van has been insulated with 3M Thinsulate. The queen sized trifold bed travels from stowed to extended where it rests on the counter top and an additional leg. It easily supports two adults. With the bed stowed a table can be pulled out and form a very comfortable dinning area. Under the driver's side dinning seat is the air-conditioner and a 10 gallon freshwater tank. Under the sink there is a 16 gallon waste water tank as well as the water pump and accumulator. Under the passenger side dinning seat there is a portable camp toilet that can be removed for extra storage. There is also lots of room under the bed in the "garage" to store plenty of cargo. Finally there is an outdoor shower (cold only) located in the rear of the van. Mechanically the van is in pretty good shape as well. New brakes installed on the rear, new master cylinder, new rear right axle seal and differential fluid change.
