The bed can be converted into a sofa. It has a very large working sink with 15 gallons of water and a 5 gallon waste water hookup. There are 3 solar panels mounted on the roof and it also has 2 ( 300 amp hour ) batteries with 2 back up batteries. The wifi router is mounted with great signal. Hot plate pressure cooker flat top TV along with other appliances are all included. Maxx air fan with remote. Spare key included. It has a portable toilet and everything needed for everyday life. The computer was replaced in 2022, the transmission was replaced in 2022, the engine was replaced in 2023, the gaskets and oil pan were replaced in 2023. Runs good. AC works. Plenty of cabinet space. Needs a little work, (catalytic converters, an alignment, shocks belts and a driver side window control). but once again the price is negotiable, and I am highly motivated to sell this wonderful vehicle as soon as possible.
