Greetings, we are selling our beloved family adventure vehicle. We are in a different life phase and excited for the folks who will set sail with "Vannie" on new adventures. PRICE: $65,000 OVERVIEW: T1N 2006 Sprinter Build-out is a family-friendly, remote-work-friendly design featuring: - Two queen beds (sleeps 4, seats 4) - Rear kitchen w/ induction stove and awning - 3000W inverter (Victron), 400W solar array, and 300ah Lithium Ion batteries (Battle Born) (120v and 12v power) - Interior office/lounge setup w/ sink, fridge, cedar wood paneling, and mahogany butcher block counters. - 2x6 redwood, stargazing roof deck - All-terrain tires / Custom teal raptor liner paint job MECHANICAL - The vehicle has been reviewed top to bottom for sale by the head mechanic, Lino, at West Coast Sprinters. (They work on only Sprinters and mainly T1Ns). - His report is that there are no leaks, no transmission issues, and no major mechanical issues. - There is a check engine light that comes on due to a glow plug needing replacement and also a engine light due to an intermittent signal to the steering wheel sensor and rear wheel sensor. Lino is very clear that these do not affect performance at all. (Note: Price reduced for these items) - Vannie has PASSED smog and is good to go for 2 years for the new owners. - Lino is available to speak directly about the vehicle with any questions (text or call). Work I've done: - New suspension with new rack and pinon ($) + new struts - New radiator - New alternator - All new engine tubes, new resonator - Regular oil changes & maintenance at required intervals. (All work receipts stored in a spreadsheet.) INTERIOR: - Interior is flexible between a sleeping setup (two queen beds) and an office/lounge setup (sofa + desk). - Both beds are queen size (60x80) and made of high-density mattress foam w/ organic mattress covers. - There is an LTE / WiFi Atenna and router system. (Peplink LTE router I would throw in if interested). - Walls are insulated with organic sheep wool and lined with cedar planks. It feels like a boat. - Sink has a 12V pump with stainless sink. Water is stored is a 5 gallon, military jugs of Fresh and Grey water that are manually refilled & cleaned. There is also a slot for 4 gal jug with spout in rear drawers. - Countertops for sink, above fridge, and in back kitchen are mahogany butcher block. - Fridge is a nice boat fridge (Isotherm 49) - Cabinetry and closet system all Baltic Birch Plywood - Flooring has 3M insulation underneath, followed by marine plywood, followed by a cork/vinyl, wood-look flooring. - Second row of seating bolted through to underside and attached w/ 3/16” steel plates. - Driver and passenger seats on swivel bases. - All side windows are operable. - Magnetic, insulated window covers included to cover all windows. - Ceiling fan adjustable to pull in or push air as needed. - Lights are “no blue-light” LED. Each person has a reading light w/ dimmer switch. - Closet system w/ built-in sliding faces. (i.e. no suitcases in the way once packed) AUDIO - Pioneer deck plays via bluetooth + USB - New front tweets and Alpine 6x9s. System is adjustable to balance front/rear (nice for kids). Wired for additional speakers in rear if desired. ADD-ONS - Vannie has remote locking! (These older years normally don’t have auto-lock. This van has a set of two clickers and that’s all that is needed get in and out.) - Backup camera over rear-view mirror w/ live video feed. (Great for parking and shifting lanes) ELECTRICAL - Electrical system built out and designed according to prescriptions from Explorist.life. - All gear is bolted down very securely through the vehicle frame and lives underneath the sofa. Breaker box behind passenger seat. - Battery system has two inputs to charge: 1) from alternator while driving and 2) from 400W of solar on the roof. - Storage capacity is 300Ah of Lithium Ion Battle Born batteries ($). - All gear is Victron ($). 3000 watt inverter, Orion DC-DC charger, Lynx bus bar, BlueSolar solar charge controller. - All the items are controllable via rocker switches by the breaker box. - Kitchen stove and all 120V outlets run off of the inverter. - *Underneath passenger seat is already wired for the potential add of an Espar heater for colder weather trips. EXTERIOR - Kitchen slides out of the back. Two large butcher block areas w/ ample drawer space. - Awning extends out over the kitchen for heavy sun or light rain. - Tires are all-terrain, KO2s. Great to access gravely, rocky, sandy areas. - Paint job is a custom color, rough texture, raptor paint. It is incredibly durable and does not chip or scratch easily. - Redwood 2x6 stargazing deck on top of a sturdy rack on the roof accessible by the side ladder. - 4 solar panels are bolted to the rack. LTE/Wifi Antenna is on roof. - Curt Class III Trailer Hitch installed for towing trailer and bike racks. Wired for turn signals as well. Great for pulling trailer or bike rack insertion. - 30 amp Shore power plug. This was more of an emergency backup in case it was bad weather and you needed to pull in to an RV park and fast charge the batteries.
