The build out was done by a professional company in Salt Lake City. I'm a furniture maker by trade and the build quality is excellent, not like the Revels which are really cheaply made build outs. No big scratches or dings, probably a 8.5 to 9 on a 1-10 scale. Didn't want or see a need for a toilet or shower, they take up a lot of room in the van. They make nice compact toilets if you need one that would fit in the bench but we never got one. My wife and I have really enjoyed this van and would stay out for weeks on end.
