Seller's Description

** CURRENTLY DRIVING NORTH THROUGH SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA.. OREGON ON APRIL 1, WASHINGTON APRIL 2** Custom built, Baja tested (4 times), this is the perfect affordable Toyota self contained 4x4 camper. Built in 2017 after a trip to the Baja where it was dreamt up, this camper combines the cult classic 1988 Toyota Sunrader with a 2007 Toyota Tundra (longbox)…. AKA the Tundrader. The conversion was done by a full-blown “Toyota nerd” friend of mine with a big metal fabrication and engineering background, and completed with the utmost care and diligence. The truck itself hasn’t had many changes, with the exception of some beefed up leaf springs and Bilstein suspension; its a 2007 Toyota Tundra that has been meticulously maintained, and we are only the 2nd owner. There are brand new Kumho tires, plus new front brakes (discs and rotors), and the back brakes were replaced last year. The camper itself is the original fiberglass shell and windows, but other than that the remainder of the interior of the camper is new. There is 200W of solar panels above the bed cab, with a 2200W samlex smart inverter, a natures head composting toilet, 2 burner propane stove, a norcold 6 cubic foot 3-way norcold fridge and freezer (with custom Jeremy Koreski image for sheath), indoor/outdoor showers plus a corian countertop with undermounted sink and cover just to name a few of the custom features. There is also a full size spare, and a large aluminum custom bumper storage box, as well as a tow-hitch. It was a great home to us for almost 4 years, and for the last 3 has been our occasional adventure pod. Perfect for a single person with a pet, or a couple who can tolerate living in a small space together (we were a couple and 2 dogs but it was cozy). We love this camper and honestly will regret selling it we are sure, but we need to move onto our next adventure and think that this camper deserves to give someone else the joy we have had with her. We are currently in Baja Sur and driving back to Vancouver Island, BC, Canada at the end of the month. Happy to set up viewings on the way home if anyone is interested. $ 55,000 firm. Serious inquires only please.

email [contact info removed] for an autoresponder with more information, and you can check out images of the build process on instagram by searching the handle @tundrader
