Let me introduce Freddie my adventure bus build. I have spent 3 years meticulously creating a different kind of layout from the typical adventure van build outs. There are many different textures and finishes that create a unique experience for the passengers. A dividing wall separates the cockpit and rear living space. The electrical system which includes the two deep cycle batteries, a renogy charge controller, and a 2000 watt inverter and a fuse box for all of the DC appliances is housed in this front cockpit area. As you move farther into the vehicle there is a central space highlighted by a Canada cub cubic mini woodstove and flanked by two benches. These benches in conjunction with back rests convert into a queen-sized bed. A set of customs cushions move around to form the mattress. Above the bench on the driver’s side there is overhead storage, there is also ample storage in the benches. This design allows for a lot more space in the vehicle for guests and friends. As you move back past the benches the wood stove is centrally located and tied into the kitchen counter, this also serves as the transition into the kitchen which sits at the back of the vehicle. In the kitchen there is a lot of storage as well as a sink and fridge. There is a lot of good access to back of the vehicle through the rear door and double side door. There is around 6’ of standing height throughout the living space. There is no shower or toilet. Though there is room for both to be added into the design if so inclined.
