EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR OFF GRID LIVING! THE BUILD: My partner and I built this Campervan in 2023 and have traveled in it for the past 6 months! It has 4 layers of insulation keeping us warm in the winter and cool in the heat. This being our first van build there’s no denying there are a few quirks in the plywood walls and ceiling, this would be a quick fix. Included in the sale is the ICECO portable car fridge wired to the 12V fuse box, ANKER 757 1500W power station that is fueled by either 200w solar panel or shore power, maxxair ventilation fan also wired to fuse box, full sized mattress that comfortably sleeps anyone under 6’2”. The van has running water that gets pumped out of a 5 gal blue jug that refills at numerous Walmart, Home Depot, or groceries, and a 3 gal grey water tank. MECHANICS: 222,000 miles Lots of work has been done to ensure reliability of this van. It was well maintained before our purchase. We just replaced numerous belts and pulleys to keep her running quiet, new alternator, brake pads, wiper blades, fresh oil change. Car runs smooth with no recommended maintenance.
