This skoolie is 40ft long with a raised roof that my husband (6'3) can stand straight up in. This renovationation is not completed, with the shower, kitchen and bathroom sinks installed, and toilet placed in but water lines ran, but not hooked up. There is a black water tank, but it is also not hooked up. No fresh water tank, but we have a water inlet installed for easy water hookups. We have an on-demand water heater, portable air conditioner, mini fridge, camper stove/oven, and a futon couch included, and prebuilt cabinets and custom overhead cabinets installed. This skoolie has an Intenational DT466 engine and an Allison transmission, so it was bulit to last. There are 9,600 hours (not miles) on this engine. The bus has its orignial windows in place, and has been sealed to be water-tight and has made it through many Indiana thunderstorms and snow. The bed is lofted with storage space available underneath. Price is negotiable.
