Has a built in governor to slow vehicle down during high winds. 22ft long. High roof extended with 170" wheel base. Can be used as a camper or easily convert back to a cargo van. Just had the second maintenence done. Next maintenance at 80,000 miles. Has extended warranty and new tires. Interior includes the set of drawers, microwave, a/c unit and shower accessories. Vin number will show an accident due to someone tapping the rear bumper while I was parked in a parking space. There was no damage done, but a police officer saw it happen and he had to write it up
