After some years of enjoyable travel and camping it is now time to sell my van partly due to health issues. As an expert carpenter I made all the conversions of this van. Unlike some other camper vans, the electrical, plumbing, and other systems are simple without complex equipment. The van has been well maintained with regular oil changes, inspections, and servicing. The average gasoline fuel consumption is about 18 mpg. I have full title and there have been no accidents. In addition, it has new brakes, battery, and relatively new tires. The van is white and has both rear windows and a side window (on the sliding door opening). Standard equipment such as antilock brakes, airbags, and roll stability control is included. This rear wheel drive vehicle is easy to drive. The interior has 6 foot headroom, floor mats and rug, and is covered with both wood an a durable black liner. Up front equipment includes cruise control, CD player, bluetooth, and USB/AC/DC ports. Several AAA battery push button lights are located throughout the interior. A portable DC fan, privacy curtains, and removable mosquito netting is included. There is lots of storage space in cabinets and under the full size bed with mattress (accessible from the front and rear). There is also a hanging locker and a place to store tools in the rear. The kitchen area has a formica counter top with a SS sink, 2 burner propane cook stove, a removable cutting board, and a spice rack. A silverware drawer, an icebox / fridge, and 5 gallon water tank with a marine foot pump and a waste water tank is located underneath. On the other side is a covered porto-potty that doubles as a seat. The stored collapsable table can be mounted in front of that. Additional lockers are located above the seat. Other items include a waste basket, portable shower bag, jumper cables, and a spare ignition key. The propane tank is in the very back of the van and a spare emergency tire is located underneath. The only defects with the vehicle is that the driver's side window is slow to open and close and some of the mosquito netting is worn.
