I do have warranty on all parts though so replacing whatever has been affected will be at no cost I just haven’t had time or energy for it •slide door needs a new key hole. The door locks and is totally safe, you just can’t unlock it from the outside My reason for selling: I am pregnant & moving out of the states. I am due in a couple of months and do not have the capacity to keep up with the constant tidying in a van nor do I have space in this van to care for a new born. I’m heart broke to let go of this van as it is one of my most prized pieces of art & a home I have cherished so deeply. I have put in so much money & love not only on the build but into the maintenance and care of this space as I thought I would be in it full time for at least another year or more. This space is so loved and so hard to part with. There is definitely some little maintenances that need done that I fell out of doing at the beginning of pregnancy and haven’t kept up with since being in a house part time but nothing really big. hoping to sell ASAP
