2001 Ford E 250 Amateur VanConversion with Solar 154500 miles Drives great even in the mountains. Converted this van in 2022. Some features I added are: - 400 Watt 12 Volt Solar Premium Kit from Renogy (including 4- 100 watt solar Panels) - 2000W 12 V Pure Sine Wave Inverter - 3 - 100 AH 12 V Smart lithium 1 on Phosphate Batteries - Domen de 12 V 54 qt Refrigerator - R v Covent 12 V RV Roof fan 14" 3 speed and reversible - floor and side insulation The bed has a kickstand to prop open and access the storage and eletrical areas. The solar is not currently wired together for safetyreasons. There are 2 cabinets with latches. There is a square compartmentto hold a 10 gallon water jug.The back 18 inches is walled off to bb used as storage and only accessible from the back 2 doors. some mechanical issues that have been fixed or replace: - Spark plugs - coil packs - fuel tank some things that still needto be repaired - Side door doesn' open - Horn doesn't honk - No catalytic converter -Other wear and tear on van.
