The vehicle was single owner prior (not company/cargo owned). Generally I get 16-17mph when fully loaded/built out. I transitioned oil to a synthetic system this year. I also spent about $3K when I acquired the van to put on new brake pads, rotors and calipers in April 2023. New tires were put on with new owner just prior to me acquiring (Dec 2022) Issues with van (for transparency) Rattling of the folding table when driving - needs a better latch system (I can show you this - not an issue when I rest something against it) Rear back up camera system has a speaker that is not working - this gives a warning light when turning the vehicle on, but I have been to 3 dealers all of which said the same thing with the warning light. The speaker is behind the water tank which would be very difficult to replace. The rear back up camera still works but there is no beeping when you back up. No functionality issues other than the sound. If that is a red flag/you do not trust this, I can take it to another dealer and pay them to get it in writing if you need. I have never used a separate or secondary used hose to fill this water tank to ensure no residue. I have also never used public access filling (private home fill exclusively so it should be very clean) Water Heater = Ecotemp L5 propane-tankless Water pump = Shurflo Revolution 4008 Insulation = most was Havelock wool with some thinsulate and rare foam for small areas
