Seller's Description
A super fun adventure van for camping, music festivals, surf trips, and "wanderlust-ing". It has been very well maintained by the dealer, I have all service records, there are no issues, and it has never been in an accident (clean CarFax). My VIN does not have any recalls. The KBB value with my VIN and current mileage as of January 2025 is $11,500-$15,00 and that DOES NOT include the camper van build (over $10k) or 2024 upgrades like the new wheels/rims/tires ($1,500) and audio receiver with Apple/Android CarPlay, Bluetooth, Sirius XM receiver, and backup camera ($1,000). I have this priced very well so it is firm. -SOLAR/ELECTRICAL- Installed professionally and everything is in excellent working order. * (2) Renogy 100 watt solar panels * Renogy Rover 40A solar charge controller w/remote on/off switch and Bluetooth monitoring from smartphone * (1) 125Ah solar AGM battery * Xantrex PROwatt 2000 watt inverter * Smart battery isolator * (3) 120v outlets (1) w/2 USB-A ports * (2) USB-A hubs (4 ports each) by fridge * (1) USB-A port and (2) 12v ports on cab console (original Chevy design) -OTHER GEAR- * Vitrifrigo 4.2 cu ft. refrigerator * LED overhead lighting w/dimmer * MaxxFan Deluxe 7000K w/remote * Shurflo 4008 RV Revolution By-Pass Pump * 20 gallons fresh water - two 10-gallon tanks under sink w/SharkBite & QuickConnect fittings for easy refills from a garden hose * 7 gallon gray water tank * Rinse kit and cold water shower at rear - this has proven to be so helpful after a day at the beach. I rinse my wetsuit and board(s) very easily. Sand free feet are a major bonus for keeping the inside of the van clean. A propane water heater could very easily be attached to a cargo door for hot water showers. * Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, SiriusXM receiver, backup camera, and Bluetooth for hands-free calls and/or voice commands. -INTERIOR- * Long butcher block counter for lots of extra workspace * Ikea kitchen cabinets * Waterproof vinyl flooring * Undermount sink w/bar faucet and soap dispenser * Bench with lots of storage underneath for gear * Foam cushion top - 72”x24”x4” - I’m 5’7”, weigh 155 lbs, and sleep very comfortably. It definitely beats being in a tent. * Insulation = Walls, sliding door, and ceiling: Reflectix, polystyrene foam board, and gap/crack foam spray. Flooring: Reflectix and ½” plywood sub-flooring. * An anti-rust spray coating was applied to the entire interior before the build began. * Mount for a smart tablet on the side of the fridge cabinet for movies, Bluetooth devices, etc. -EXTERIOR- * 2” trailer hitch * Ladder on driver side rear * Rinse/shower kit as mentioned above * Thule roof rack * Backup camera on third brake light (centered over rear doors)
