Selling our 2016 RAM Promaster Diesel 2500 built out camper van with a 3.0L I4 eco diesel engine. Automatic transmission with tow mode and paddle shifters. This van has LOW mileage at 104,000 with plenty of life left for a diesel. This is one of the high roof models at 136” and if you’re around 6’ you can comfortably stand up all the way inside. My fiancee and I just bought our first home, are getting married this fall, and have too much on our plate right now to really enjoy our van. We bought her in January 2023 and are the second owners of this van. The original owner bought the van brand new and built her out as a camper van, spending most of the winter months down south and out west away from salted snowy roads. Because it hasn’t seen a lot of life in New England winters, there are virtually no rust issues. Features two 100W Renogy solar panels, one battle born lithium ion 100ah battery, option for shore power, water tank with filtration system, full size bed (mattress & foam topper included), plenty of cabinet & shelf storage, 2 burner propane stove, sink, Norcold NR740 fridge, Tripp Lite 1250W PowerVerter APS 12VDC 120V inverter/charger with 2 outlets for DC to AC power, copper countertops, wood floors, ceiling fan, strip lights with remote. We completed a bunch of upgrades and mechanical work over the last year, such as: *Last oil change in December 2023 *New Webasto air top 2000 STC diesel heater in October 2023 ($1,500 value + professional install) *Vehicle air conditioning fixed in August 2023 *Battery & starter replaced August 2023 *New Battle Born 100Ah 12V LiFePO4 Deep Cycle Battery & new wiring in June 2023 ($1,000 value + professional install) *New water pump, filter, & tubing replaced June 2023 ($200 value) *4 new tires (BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2) May 2023 ($925 value) *New glow plugs May 2023 *Rear shocks replaced May 2023 What she needs: *ETC light periodically comes on in cold weather for the first few minutes upon driving. It seems to go away after she’s warmed up, but it might be something you’ll want to check out *Right front CV boot needs to be replaced *Airbag sensor needs to be replaced: the dealership told us that the airbag does work and it passed inspection, but the sensor light stays on because the stock front bench seat was replaced with an aftermarket captains chair (passenger seat) by the original owner. The sensor was on backorder when we originally aimed to replace it so we opted to skip it. *Some touch up paint work on the inside (or a repaint to change the color) if you want it to look prettier We’ve taken this van on camping, hiking, and skiing trips, and have taken her as far as Colorado and back this past summer on a 3 week trip with 2 tall adults and 1 large dog. It was really comfortable for the 3 of us for an extended period of time. Plenty of floor space for a dog bed. Sale also includes a full-sized memory foam bed + thick foam mattress topper (purchased in March 2023) that fits two adults, one is 6’1” and the other is just under 6’ and both sleep comfortably on it, privacy/sun shades for front windshield & two side windows, floor mats, various tools She’s got a lot of miles and life left in her.
