We store all of our camping needs in the bottom and then take them out at camp and set up a second bed using camping pads. Easily sleeps a full family comfortably: -removable 3 panel king bed installed on L brackets-$2500 -high end king mattress-$900 -front moveable chairs and table- $1500 -all high end window covers for all windows- $1500 -has 3rd row of chairs. Just need to remove 1 of the 3 panels of bed. -brand new tires-$800 -recent tune up. -a few cosmetic dings
