HIGH ROOF 170" WHEEL BASE 2012 Freightliner Sprinter

Welcome to what used to be our home! My wife and I traveled the country for 18 months in this Sprinter after building it out ourselves. The build is simple, but all wiring for a fridge (included), maxxfan (included), heater (not included), weboost (not included), dual lighting, water pump (whale pump included, cheap electric ones failed twice in our 2.5 years of ownership so I bought a manual foot pump that I never installed), and a 1000W inverter for 3 AC plugs throughout the van. The electricity can be charged via 300w of solar that is installed, or a 20a battery to battery charger when the Van is running. It has a 200 amp hour battery lithium iron phosphate battery that's served us well so far. The current design layout (front to back) has a swivel seat installed on the driver side, and a desk/table to use when that's in it's turned position. Along the driver's side is a large cabinet area. There are some cabinets that have been removed (fridge space and top pantry cabinet), but the rest are still functional as they are, if you choose not to tear it out and rebuild. On the passenger side there's a water cabinet with 3 6 gallon jerry cans and a 5 gallon gray water tank. It has doors on the front and back if you'd like to load or unload water through the large sliding door instead of bringing it into the van first. This door also doubles as a small outdoor table. This cabinet is connected to 4 drawers for whatever you want to store on your adventures. Behind both of these counters/cabinets is a seating area with a swivel table. Storage underneath the bench style seats (which fit 2 small humans, 1.5 normal sized humans, though I wouldn't know) and this butts up against the bed area. Currently it's installed to sleep side to side in the van rather than back to front. I believe the dimensions are about 5'9" across and 5' deep into the back of the van. Underneath this is the "garage" area, where the electrical is housed as well. There's plenty of storage since it's such a large wheelbase. Above all of the counters and bed area (except on the passenger side of the bed so we didn't hit our heads every time we woke up) there are overhead cabinets with even more storage space. On the ceiling, 2 sets of puck lights (one front, one back) are inset and have their own dimmer switches. There's also a maxx fan toward the front of the van, where we cooked. It's insulated with 3m 4mm thinsulate throughout. It's ready for adventures as it is, but if you're looking to make it your own, this van provides a wonderful shell with insulation and electricity already installed. Cash Only, Clean Title. The BAD. There is an oil leak. It still runs and drives fine and is not noticeable in the day to day operation. We've filled it up with 1 quart every month and a half or so. There is some cosmetic damage. The most apparent is on the rear passenger door where a tree was hit. Who knows what happened there... There is one headlight out that goes out quickly after replacing it. I haven't taken the time to figure out what the potential issue is.
