Brand new modern DIY build. I completed the build 90%, but unfortunately have to sell it due to a new job and moving. It's a new build that needs someone willing to complete the last 10%. I hope it finds its new permanent home to have some adventures! Van: Inspection completed Dec. 16th, 2023. Needs Freon for vehicle AC RAM Promaster 2500 ecodiesel highroof (195.4" length, 88.7" height) FWD 174.0-hp, 3.0-liter, 4 Cylinder Engine (Diesel Fuel), 24 Gallon diesel tank, first row airbags New tires, up to date on oil change, recent emergency brake adjustment, spare tire, tire jack, full detail and polish. A few outside dings from previous owner (plumber). Electric (built by professional electrician): 300 watts of solar power, 200ah lithium battery, Bluetooth solar controller and battery monitor, 2000 watt inverter, shore power, alternator charging system, dimming lights, Maxxair fan, and 2 AC and DC power outlets Storage: Overhead cabinets, behind the bed, closet, composting toilet storage, and cabinetry/drawers Water: Water pump (needs hookup to existing prewiring), 14 gallon water tank, stainless faucet and sink with drop in cutting board/cover. Sink plumbing needs to be set up. Misc: 12v DC fridge (needs hookup), Epoxied cherry stained counter tops, matte black cabinet handles, drawer stoppers (to prevent opening while driving), 8 inch memory foam mattress, waterproof mattress cover, laminate floors, DEF fluid included In conclusion: A 90% done build. (1) The prewiring needs to be hooked to the water pump and (2) the fridge and (3) the sink plumbing needs to be done. All parts needed will be provided since I already have them, but do not have time to complete the build.
