I have a 2009 Ford E450 24 passenger bus that has been converted to an RV. As you can see in pics, all seats have been removed, and it has hardwood flooring. It has a V10 with 214,000 miles. There is a futon in the front with three full size cabinets across from futon. Plenty of storage as shown in the pics. A bathroom with toilet and medicine cabinet mirror. A refrigerator and clothes rack across from the bathroom. Two benches with tri-fold cushions in the back, and storage under both cushions. With a table the back becomes a nearly queen size bed with tri-fold cushions opened. Licensed and titled as an RV. There is a 10 gallon water tank under the sink with an electric on demand pump. There is a connection on the exterior to connect to shore power. A solar generator can be used when boondocking and no shore power is available. I use a Bluetti 200 Max.
