Seller's Description

Van description 2020 Ford Transit 350 cargo RWD van w/ full RV buildout - 148” extended wheelbase, high roof. Clean title. I took out a 401k loan, which acts like a personal loan to fund van with cash. Insured by Roamly. 3.5L PFDI V6 Engine & 10 Speed Automatic Transmission (no Eco-Boost) Original owner purchased in Feb 2021, built it out for about a year with tradeshow experience and used it for a handful of camping trips in Columbus, Georgia with 2400 miles. I then bought it in April 2023, drove it across the country to Tucson Arizona, modified it a little bit with front window tint, added a passanger swivel seat, Falken Wildpeak AT3 tires, tested and fixed the electrical system (too small of wires used to power 3000W), added a Ford factory 8" audio screen with CarPlay (probably android auto as well), then hit the road full time for 4 months, hitting 8 national parks and basically driving to Seattle and back. It's been fully serviced by Ford and Discount Tires for its maintainence and tire rotations. Only minor damage is a hailstorm we encountered in TX. It's hard to pickup in photos, but you can see it up close on the hood and roofline. The bed also had too much bedding sandwiched and scraped the rear doors. But that's it! Consistently got 14mpg in town or doing 70 mph down the highway. Ford is much cheaper and reliable than the competition, so rest assured the Transit is the way to go. Smoke free. Pet free. Asking $85,000.00. The van worked flawlessly for what we needed it for to explore the western US over 4 months, living and working remotely with my girlfriend full time. It's easy to park and drive for its size. The composting toilet was surprisingly easy to live with, but only holds about 2 gallons, so that was needing maintenance every 2 days max. We didn't use the shower as much as we anticipated, but does work without a grey tank. The sink also empties out into a 5 gallon grey tank. Basically, no black tank to deal with, and an easily portable 5 gallon grey tank. We found being on campsites was easier for us to maintain the waste water and setting up a portable Starlink for the week (not included, but also for sale). The extended model maximizes space, but still fits into the width of a normal parking spot. One campsite was picky about being under 20', as the extended model is 22' but most accommodate 30'+. We are both 5'10" and found the high roof perfect to walk around, and the extended bed roomy. This van is spacious and full of custom design features. It maximizes every square inch making it both functional and comfortable. The custom designed pillow top mattress Murphy bed easily stows during the day, and as it runs from the back to front for a more spacious feel, no bumping your head laying sideways in the van. There's an ingenious boat like table that turns the back into a dinette table for dinner and/or working on your laptop. Here is a list of the Ford Transit features: Exterior - white Interior - grey Fuel type - gasoline Falken Wildpeak AT3 All Terrain Tires - 6000 miles. Apple CarPlay on upgraded 8" screen w/back up camera Extended power heated mirrors w/blind spot sensors Remote start, vehicle updates (tire, fuel) via Ford app Rugged side steps Rain sensing wipers Ceramic 3M Window tint 35% on front windows Black carbon bumpers Lane keeping system Pre-collision assist w/ AEB Post-collision braking HD trailer tow package Side wind stabilization Above dash storage Cruise control Dual 70 amp-hr batteries Cross traffic alert E-85 flex fuel capable 4 sets of keys Here is a list of the build features: Victron Inverter MultiPlus 3000VA 12V pure sine wave inverter 120 amp battery charger - Inverts and charges your battaries via shore power) The inverter is wirelessly operated with the Victron app, so you don't have to dig into the compartment to flip a switch. I often ran an air fryer at 1500W and a rice cooker at 300W for dinner, not to mention Starlink, and all our gear all day. RV 125V 30amp power plus, which is useful to plug in, if you're in the Pacific Northwest, where the sun isn't as easily available as the rest of the US. Victron battery monitor (BMV-712). Allows use of Victron app to monitor power system. 2-200AH of Chin Lithium batteries (2-12V 200AH lifePO4 deep cycle battery) Renogy Rover Series Solar Controller 400 Watt Renogy 12V solar panels 40A MPPT charge controller and Bluetooth module fuse Blue Sea fuse block (makes the usual mess of a bus bar much cleaner and safer) Maxxfan 7000K deluxe fan with remote - roof vent/fan mounted in front of living area to maximize airflow with open, screened bunk windows in rear of living space (Creates a cross breeze through the van) Fresair 12V AC - evaprative cooling, feeds from an 18L tank under the sink. 8-12 volt ceiling mounted halogen puck lights, storage lighting, floor LED lighting with remote and 2-Dream lighting 12V waterproof LED exterior lights 2 additional USB ports built in mounted above pillow area of bed 3-120v outlets Insulated walls and Kilmat 80mil automative sound deadener and Rattletrap Deadener on the metal Nature’s Head composting toilet (best one out there, works better than I thought).
