This is a new 2023 van conversion, on a brand new 2023 Ford Transit, High Roof, Extended, AWD. It’s an amazing build with everything you need to fulfill all those awesome adventures that await. Only high quality, brand new components and materials were used and the build was crafted following the highest van conversion practices. This particular layout and build was chosen so the van could be comfortably used for both weekend getaways and long term living. It is very well suited for a couple or a family of four. I love the design of this van! It is very unique in the fact that it has a bench/table set up that can be converted into a bed and another queen size bed that is built on an electric lift system, just push the button and it is raised to the ceiling during the day or lowered at night. This system is so nice because you can have seating and a table for four during the day and when night comes you don’t have to hassle with getting a bed made up and ready, you simply push the button and it lowers into place. The two undermount grey tanks have electric ball valves for hands free dumping. Plumbing Fixtures The shower has a Moentrol shower valve so you can control the temperature as well as the pressure. The undermount granite composite kitchen sink is 9” deep by 16” X 16” wide, it is big enough to wash large cooking pans. The kitchen faucet is the upgraded Kohler swivel style with pull out spray nozzle. This is not the cheap $80 faucet you see in many van conversions; it cost around $300. The garage area comes equipped with a hot and cold Dura exterior spray faucet, It can be adapted to use as an outdoor shower or to clean bikes, wash off pets or clean other equipment. Kitchen The kitchen area has plenty of storage with 16 drawers, ya that’s right “16” that’s more drawers than the average house kitchen has. It also has a pop out tray to store scrub brushes or dishcloths for washing dishes. It is topped with real professionally cut and installed marble countertops. The main counter is 60” x 24” and the smaller one is 25” x 24”. Even though drawers are more expensive and time consuming to make, they are much more efficient for storage and use than cabinets. The 16 drawers are constructed of baltic birch, both glued and dadod for added strength. They come faced with the popular shaker style fronts and even include the upgraded soft close drawer slides. There is also an integrated soap dispenser so you don’t have to worry about a soap bottle moving around during your travels. We opted for the convenience and worry free safety of “no propane” We prefer the use of an electric induction cooktop, Microwave and/or airfryer for easy cooking and of course an outdoor grill or fire pit when available. The Isotherm 130 liter stainless steel fridge is the best you can buy. It’s big, energy efficient, resists icing up and looks amazing. This is the $2,000 model. Bathroom The bathroom comes with a 32” x 24” shower. It is protected by the popular waterproofing “Kerdi board system” and is finished with ceramic mini white subway tiles (not the peel and stick tiles) and matching accented inlays. The awesome Airhead composting toilet will also be included. These toilets have become very popular in recent years because it allows you to eliminate black tanks and all the hassles that come with them. Stoett self cleaning shower doors are considered the top of the line, so of course this bathroom comes with one. There is also a three cartridge shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser. Miscellaneous items Dometic RTX2000 air conditioning unit with remote, this unit is so efficient you can run it all night if needed. Very nice to have cool air available for those hot days & nights. MaxxAir Deluxe fan with thermostat and remote control. This fan comes with 10 speeds, many automated features and bi-direcctional functions. Gimbal fan, This fan comes with multiple speeds, timers and are very versatile because the fan can be turned to blow air in any direction. Swivel seats - The driver and passenger seat has the Scopema seat swivels installed. Webasto Air Top 2000 STC Heater with Multi-Control HD. This heater has many user-friendly options and can automatically maintain whatever comfortable temperature you program it for. I will happily take a road trip in the van to deliver it anywhere in the United States, Mexico or Canada.
