Seller's Description

Hi, I am Emma! 🚐 I used to be an ugly duckling 🐣 😒. Created from at least 14 Shades of grey... Then my current owner came and saved me! πŸ˜ƒ He used all his stimulus checks to turn me into a warm, cozy and comfy beauty. πŸ₯° Pros: - He took the old, dull grey popup tent out and replaced it with a new, bright and warmly colored maize (warm yellow) popup tent from GoWesty that adds a lot of beautiful warm color inside when the sunlight shines in or the lights out. It also lasts much longer (acrylic) than the old one plus being mold resistant (for more moist climates). - He added a velcro-fastened, custom-fitted insulation for the pop-up tent (white inside, grey outside) for cold weather: a 5 layer quilted thermal-, radiant- and vapor barrier that will increase your pop top insulation to a R8 Value (made by fanchers.com). - On the outside, he mounted a 7 Gallon sturdy, (black) cast aluminum pressurized Yakima roadshower fastened to the driver side that works as a water tank or for cleaning gear with gravity or as a solar shower with an attached air pressure generator (included with the van). - Underneath he attached a new sturdy Class 3 trailer hitch from CURT with 2" receiver rated for 4000lbs weight (for trailers, bike carriers, hitch boxes, etc...). - In the back there is space for a large Stowaway 2 hitch cargo box (which can be exchanged for a bicycle carrier or a metal basket for wood or boxes) that fits 16 cubic feet / 200lbs of extra gear for camping, hunting, water sports, BBQing, etc... - On top of the driver cabin he renewed the luggage rack and added a oversized water-proof duff-style bag from GoWesty to keep your wood or others items dry while driving, parking, surfing or camping, together with a new luggage tie-down kit from GoWesty to stow extra items out of the way. - a camouflage net (if needed for hunting or wild camping). - On the passenger sides he added a large sand-colored 2.5mx2.5m (8'x8') square ARB awning from Australia with dimmable multicolor LED lights (yellow against bugs / white to cook) that is stored in a silver aluminum case and comes with 3 side- and wind shades and a large mosquito room tent. - He cleaned and scrubbed my every crevice, had my transmission renewed, took out the old, ugly, heavy and power hungry refrigerator and replaced it with a practical new woodshelf from GoWesty for more storage space on the inside (Most Eurovan owners do this now, since it is much more energy efficient and convenient to use a modern electric refrigerator which can also be removed to create more space while on a campsite). - He bought warm colored light brown/beige Carhartt covers to cover all of my grey VW-style seats and beautified my previously ugly grey cabinet doors and the metal stove-cover with a warm reddish-brown cherry wood fournier (https://www.amazon.com/Cherry-24x96-woodback-Veneer-Sheet/dp/B07WJ4WHZX) to make me look and feel all warm and cozy inside πŸ₯°. Then he changed my cold, ugly interior fluorescent lights halogen lights, which have the same light spectrum as sunlight but are dimmable (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002N2W90M/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1), adding two more designer Halogen lights (dimmable) to the interior cabin that can be rotated and focused on wherever they are needed (one of them lifting up with the popup tent, so they can be used for the second floor if needed). - He also added white incandescent christmas string lights to the passenger side of the cabin for super low light night environments (dimmable), so now my all of my interior shines bright and warm at nights, turning me into a little office, classy camper, love cave, whatever you want, that is bathed in warm colors... ❀️‍πŸ”₯ - To power all that, he installed 2 brand-new high quality deep cycle house batteries, a Renogy DC charger and solar converter from GoWesty, added a connector for solar energy and 3 flexible solar panels, so I could make my own power (but also keep charging by land line or while driving / running the motor if needed). πŸŒ… I can now run MacBooks, notebooks, a small stereo, music, charge phones all day long or shine bright lights all through the night. - He added velcro-fastened mosquito screens at all openings and windows, including the top hatch and back hatch, a telescopic ladder to get to the roof, light & foldable wood slats over the bed that can be rolled away when not in use (instead of the super heavy dark grey particle board for the upper sleeping space that was taking all the light and standing space away). - Fitted me out with a luxurious organic latex mattress with sheep wool padding (Lifekind) that feels like sleeping on clouds and can also be pulled out for even more space (the wool can be replaced with a non-toxic foam topper for ultimate luxury). He also used gold colored organic bed sheets, insulated all my cold cavities with organic sheep wool from Germany (breaks down VOCs), imported a shower tent from Germany that goes over my back lift gate and creates privacy for either showering, dressing, a outside composting toilet, etc. - added a professional composting toilet with built-in fan that can go under the bench in the back and be used outdoors, and improved many other small things, like a renewed cruise control, refilled AC, new built-in speakers, new door handles, new popup struts, new wind and rain deflectors and a thousand small things that make life easier and more comfortable... 😊 He even started getting the parts for a yakima roof carrier which were hard to get during the pandemic and still need a few parts to be complete and ready to install. (He did keep all my old parts for those that love dark, grey, heavy and ugly parts and want to reinstall them). I am so happy now. I feel so beautiful, new, refreshed and ready for my new owner. 😍 My old one unfortunately had to start traveling outside of country a lot and could not take me with him. πŸ’” Will you take me home with you? ☺️ I am perfect for summer trips and great for spring and fall, but I am not sure if I would go to Alaska in the winter... πŸ₯Ά I can't wait to meet my new owner! Love, ❀️ Always... Emma. ps: Everything that is not needed by you can be taken out to reduce the overall price. Cons: I have some dings and dents on my outside and could use a layer of coating or even better a film in a beautiful color (turquoise?). I already turn heads, but this would really make people stop... I could use a new floor one day. The current one is still the original, with all its grey and plastic flair. A wood floor would be great one day... I have plastic parts inside that sometimes crack and break. We all have that, all of our sisters and siblings. It's something to live with... I always need a little TLC, but that's the same with all old-timers, and I am not officially an old-timer. :-)
