Ready to move in and GO. Including: dishes, cups, pots and pans, knife set, silverware, sheets, towels, blankets, tea kettle, cutting board… All the comforts of home. Also throwing in: – First aid kit – Emergency kit (with traffic cones) – Leveling parking blocks – Tool kit with electric drill You could literally drive away and live comfortably without stopping at a supply store or buying a single thing. * New tires with only 6000 miles * Registered as a Recreational Vehicle (for insurance - this was not an easy process - you won't have to repeat) * Registration good until June 2024 * Passes smog easily every time ** FUN FACT #1 ** SUPER STEALTH - Most conversions have obvious solar panels and sporty exterior accessories that scream "someone lives here". With THIS van, the black solar panel blends in with the black exterior. It looks like a utility van - not a camper. If you want to be able to sleep peacefully anywhere, without getting the “dreaded knock” in the middle of the night, you want a van that blends in. With black out curtains between the cab and the living space, I never got the knock in my years living and traveling in this van full time. ** FUN FACT #2 ** This van was originally a satellite van for a radio station in Philadelphia, which is the reason for the insanely low mileage for a 2006 T1N. It still has a whole life ahead, just waiting to stretch out on the open road!!! These vans (specifically the T1N generation 2002 - 2006) will go a minimum of 500,000 to a million miles if you care for it the way I have. That said.... The exterior is 18 years old and it does show. There are dents and dings here and there throughout. The original paint was white and the black paint job was done cheap (not by me). You can still see the decals from the radio station this van used to belong to. It's not a showroom van. It's a down and dirty van on the outside. But when you open that door and look inside, it sparkles. VERY unassuming! ** FUN FACT #3 ** I named this van Pepe. You can name it whatever you like… But Pepe took care of me through 2 countries, 6000 miles, and 2 years of full time blissful van life. 🙂 I originally paid $18,500 for the van (because I know the value of low miles on a T1N). Plus $50,000 for the custom conversion. Plus $11,000 in upgrades. This is an $80,000 camper (with all records and receipts) - now priced at $60,000. My lifestyle has changed. I live in the city with on-street parking. I have no time to travel. I need to sell. ALL OFFERS CONSIDERED.
