Seller's Description
We are selling our 1996 Ford E-150 self built campervan. We originally brought this van and built it out ourselves over the course of 6 months with the intention to travel full time in it. This trusty van got us from Texas to Washington and back with no issues and served us well. But our traveling plans have changed and sadly we just don’t use this van as much as we used to. And so we’re looking to sell it to someone who would get more use of it for their future camping adventures. Routine maintenance has been done on this vehicle. Most recent repairs include newly replaced catalytic converter(06/15/2023), alternator and battery (07/25/2023). * Major Features * - Car Play w/ USB connection - Back Up Camera - BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A KO2 Tires - Interior Dimmable Puck Lights - All Windows Tinted - 200 Watt Solar Panels w/ 1000W Inverter, Charge Controller - & Deep Cycle Hybrid GEL Battery 12 Volt 100Ah - Maxx Air Fan - Wood Countertop and Sink - 7 Gallon Grey Water Tank - 6 Gallon Fresh Water Tank - 2 Spice Racks - Cabinet Space - Rechargeable Water Dispenser Sink Spout - Full Size Cool Gel 6 Inch Memory Foam Mattress - Trunk Storage Net - AstroAI Digital Tire Pressure Gauge with Inflator - LED Headlights - Cabinet Door Pops Up Into Table - Carbon Monoxide Detector w/ Temperature Reader - 2 Sets of Keys - Under Bed Storage Space: large enough to fit a total of six 66qt storage bins underneath (3 in the front and 3 in the trunk) * Things to fix/improve * - This vehicle will require a brake system repair in the near future. The front left wheel bearing and brake rotor were recently replaced (08/08/2023) but the ABS light does turn on frequently. - This vehicle was purchased in Chicago as so it does have rust on the undercarriage and cosmetic damage on the lower exterior of the vehicle. - Driver and passenger seats both have cosmetic wear and tear damage but are covered well by seat covers. - This vehicle does have lap belts. It was no issue for us, but wanted to list this feature as well. - Windshield does have a crack, but does not impair view when driving. - Van uses 2 separate keys for unlocking doors and starting ignition and the drivers’ door does not unlock with the key. *** Asking for $8,000 but willing to negotiate ***
