Seller's Description

Chevy Express 2500 Extended custom camper van. I am a contractor and was working in a cabinet shop when I built out this van with the intention of living in it for a few years so it’s very solid and built with quality material. What’s inside- -Isotherm fridge -Custom thermal window covers -Oak hardwood countertop -Richlite sink galley countertop -All cabinets and wall panels are made with Baltic birch plywood -Large rear drawer with 500lb drawer slides -Entire van is sound proofed as well insulated with havelock wool -Maxxair roof fan with remote -330 watt solar panel -Victron dc to dc -Victron mppt controller -Victron distributor -Victron battery monitor -2000w Renogy inverter -X2 100 watt Expert Power LiFepo4 lithium batteries -10 gallon water tank -Shurflow water pump and accumulator -Internal water filter -Rapid fill attachment for tank -Custom made closet with bungee cords for flexibility and easy access -Propex HS2800 propane heater with thermostat -12 gallon under mount propane tank -Thule cargo box -Yakima roof basket -Kuat dual bike rack -ARB Touring awning w/ hard case (has LED light strip down the middle w/12v plug) -C.R. Laurence awning window -Passenger seat has a swivel base -Two Light Force ditch lights -Small queen sized bed(57”x75) -Vehicle has power locks and windows -Back up camera -7,500 lb tow hitch -High pressure spray hose on the barn door side of sink galley, great for cleaning off mountain bikes, sandy feet etc. Water system does not have a grey water tank, I used a portable jerrycan style one for easy disposal. Mine was gross so you’ll need a new one. The van is in great condition and ready to roll. Love this van and lived in it for over a year after I built it but I’m starting a construction company and don’t need two vehicles so I’m lookin to sell it to someone that will take good care of it and will enjoy it as much as I have. Asking $50,000 but willing to negotiate. If you know about all the components that I put into it you know it’s all high quality and built to last. FYI- Bank currently holds the title in Beaverton Oregon
