2017 Ram ProMaster Cargo Weekender 1500 High Roof Custom Build Cargo Van 59,160 miles Easy to enjoy custom build by Cardiff Campervan in 2017. We bought this van in 2018 after its original owner had to sell. It has been terrific as a family daily driver and weekender around San Diego and for many awesome adventure road trips. The only reason we are selling is because we bought a vacation home where it is too tall to fit in the garage and there is no on-street parking. We need a shorter car. This van will bring so much fun to whomever owns it! The inside build out is professionally done, very polished. Easily sleeps 2 adults on the queen bed and a couple smaller kiddos on the nearly full size sofa bed bench. With platform, fits 2 bikes, surfboards up to 11’ long, coolers, chairs, plenty of toys and storage bins. The platform in the back can easily come out to fit 4 bikes nicely. Highlights of the custom build: Upper walls and head liner is finished nicely with grey felting. Captain chairs with low profile mounts swivel 180 degrees to face the rear of the cabin. Bench seat with 3 seatbelts is an Era sofa bed which folds flat, just shorter than a double bed. Queen size platform with foam bed built into back with netting and cubbies for storage. Recessed LED puck lighting with light switch in bed area. 4 USB chargers in convenient locations near bench and in back. Speakers built into back doors, which swing wide open 260 degrees. Flooring is really nice: KK Plus coated flooring with diamond plate trim. Battery Bank Dual AGM batteries including fuse panel, smart isolator, battery boxes under seats. Porpex propane heater, remote fill, thermostat and tank works great. Maxx air fan in roof with remote flows air in or out. Side windows cantilever open for a nice breeze. Four mounted D-Rings for straps and securing gear. Toyo all weather tires: Open Country 16” rims, Lt225/75r16 4 key fabs Towing hitch with 2” ball, we used with a Yakima swing daddy bike rack (not included), which worked great - see picture. Platform area measurements: Under platform: 31.5” tall x 70” long x 52” with storage cubbies built into the walls. Top of platform, with 3” foam bed in, space measures 40” tall x 63” long x 74” wide.
