Seller's Description
This 2006 Econoline 250 is powered by a 5.4L Triton V8. The interior has just been custom designed with all you need to explore off the beaten path. there is a 21-gallon freshwater tank with a heating pad that has a temperature gauge to keep the water tank from freezing. The tank has a lockable exterior fill cap. There are 3 - 100 amp-hour house batteries with a 210-watt solar panel on the roof. There is a 2000 watt inverter to provide you with ac power. There is also a 30 amp shore power plug on the passenger side of the Econoline. You will also find USB ports attached to the 110 outlets and at the bottom of the gooseneck lamps that are attached to the walls. The deck of this Econoline was lowered, which gives you standing room (6' 2") when you are in the kitchen area. There is a top of the line Maxxair fan above the kitchen. The interior has been finished with tongue and groove pine wood. The 10" deep stainless steel kitchen sink has a nice cutting board that fits on the top of the sink, and there is a 5-gallon grey water bottle attached. There is a two-burner propane stove and oven. The 20lb propane tank is in the back area of the van and is built into a fully enclosed storage box with venting to the outside. This large capacity of propane allows you to run a big buddy heater for extended periods of time without worrying about running out of propane and is easily refillable at anu home depot, walmart or many others places that do standard BBQ gas refills. It also saves a fortune over those disposable 1# bottles. Above the cab area is nice lit storage with a microwave. Under the bed is lots of storage with lighting that you can access from the outside rear double doors. A porta-potty is accessed from inside the van under the bed. The van has 165,000 miles. The cab AC needs to be recharged. This is the second van that I have built out and was supposed to be my long term toy. I had fewer and fewer options to use it and put it up for sale at $35,000 so that I could buy and build out a food truck. I turned down two low offers as I did not have to sell. I recently shattered my foot and ankle and cannot be weight bearing for 8 to 12 weeks. I am a chef and this means I cannot work. Now I am selling because I have no choice. You are welcome to have a mechanic check the vehicle over (I recommend Midas which does a good inspection for about $130) I am listing this vehicle on multiple platforms as I need to sell it asap. Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have.
