Seller's Description
Our adventure van is looking for its new home as this past year we added a new member to our family. While we are not done with the traveling and exploration we do need something slightly larger to fit the whole fam comfortably (skoolie is next!). Our van (2014 Ram Promaster) was converted by me and my husband in 2021, incorporating all of the necessary needs that one would look for in a van that you are living in full time! It is a great vehicle for an outdoor lifestyle with a cozy and comfortable interior suitable for Weekend Warriors, local trips or those looking for a more permanent home/remote working lifestyle. Fully equipped with electrical, hot water and propane, you’ll have all the amenities you need for an extended trip out on the road. While slightly worn from our travels, the finishes of the van (cedar ceilings, green glass knobs, mosaic kitchen backsplash etc.) are top notch. No matter where you are you will always feel at home in our camper whether you want to kick back in the reading nook and look out at the scenery, warm up in the standard size 24×36 shower after a chilly November hike, or cozy up in our full bed that converts from the dining room table. The rooftop fan and A/C unit will keep you cool in the warmer months, while the propane-powered RV-style heater keeps you warm even in the coldest months of the northeast (vented heater means safe propane usage when sleeping!). Enjoy home cooking with the decked out kitchen setup – butcher block counter, sink w/ hot and cold water, microwave, toaster oven, and two-burner propane cooktop! And a spacious upright truck fridge to keep all your fresh foods (and beer!) cold. Detailed specs for each system: Electrical system: 300Ah Battleborn battery bank charges via Sterling 30A b2b alternator charger or 30A rv-style hook up, along with a 2000W Victron inverter to provide AC power for kitchen appliances and hot water heater. Energy efficient truck fridge, low voltage ceiling lights on two-zone dimmer, and plenty of DC outlets. Water: Hot and cold water to both the kitchen sink and full size, indoor shower. 33 gallon fresh water tank, plumbed with PEX and standard fittings. Bosch 2.5 gal electric hot water heater. Kitchen sink is set up to drain into two removable 5 gallon portable gray water tanks. Propane: Copper pipe LP system. Powers 2-burner cooktop, and Propex HS2000 floor-venter heater with thermostat. 11 gallon refillable propane tank operates within a custom-built, floor-vented locker, with wall-operated solenoid to protect against leaks. In-line regulator to ensure standard LP pressure. Van is diesel with engine and transmission in good shape, with only 88,000 miles so lot's of life left in it for travel and adventures! Minor cosmetic scratches on the exterior of the vehicle, and mechanical records and carfax can be provided upon request. Just passed inspection along with regular maintenance, tire rotation and alignment.
