Speaking from experience, this van is extremely well-suited for urban stealth camping! – 2 100W solar panels mounted on the top of the van - Both headlights have been replaced within the past few years - A new set of tires (including the full-sized spare) are new with a Tire warranty from Discount Tire (only 25k miles on them!) - A tow-hitch with working electrical connections - Racking is installed on both sides of the roof for extra storage - The van was purchased from an AC repair company in Dallas, TX so there is NO rust whatsoever on the underside of the van. - I upgraded the alternator to charge both the house and the starter batteries - It comes with an adjustable ladder The best part of all is that you don't have to go through the hassle of registering the van and paying taxes or title transfer fees. The van is registered in Montana as a LLC recreational vehicle with permanent tags so you never have to travel to Montana for emissions or safety checks. Since it is registered under an LLC, it is valid for you to have a personal residence in a different state.
