Upgraded Topo 2.0 front and rear lift kit from Van Compass was engineered specifically for the AWD Transit and was installed by authorized dealer. Falcon Fast Adjust rear shocks have 10 compression damping settings that are easily selected with the flip of a switch, changing the ride quality of the van to accommodate smooth highway driving or the bumpiest dirt roads. Larger all-terrain snow-rated tires have tons of life left (two have less than 2k miles on them). Lift/suspension/tires was $5k. Full aluminum platform/safari rack and ladder from Flatline Van Co ($4700).
