2011 E350 - New Engine + Transmission

This E350 is quite unique. Please watch the video tour to get the full picture. I bought this van in 2021 with 185,000 miles on it and sunk about 2 years of work into it. REPAIRS: It needed a new engine, so I had a Jasper Crate engine put in with a 3 year warranty. August 2021, ~$7k. Brakes systems replaced, ~$2k I had a new transmission put in August of 2023 ~$5,000. New steering box, tie-rod ends and alignment. ~$1,600 Shift-tube plunger and shifter: ~$400. UPGRADES: See video (although I forgot to mention the diesel heater installed under the bed!) I'm selling the van because I want to retire from van life. The van has minimal rust because it lived in FL, then TN and then NC until 2023. Just arrived in Massachusetts last month. It feels crazy for me to sell the van after putting so much into repairs and the buildout, but my life has changed so much this year that my plans are taking me in a completely different direction.
