Seller's Description

Well the time has come to list my beloved van. It’s time to let someone else enjoy this home on wheels. With only 71k original miles, she still has tons of life left to explore. 1999 Ford Econoline E150. 2WD with the 5.4l 2v triton V8 motor. One of the best motors ford ever made. I won’t go on about how much this van means to me but it is the most solid, reliable and comfortable van with everything that you need. It started off as a handicapped van converted by adventure west. They installed heavy duty service suspension, a bigger alternator, auxiliary AC unit, the mid top and extended side barn doors. Bluetti Max-Oak AC-100 solar generator. 1000 watt hours (100 amp hr) with a 600 watt pure sine wave inverter. Ac/dc capabilities. Paired with a 200watt monocrystalline solar panel. This system is very efficient and the solar panel does a great job keeping up. Side mount Aluminess ladder for easy access to solar panel. Voltmeter in the van so you can monitor battery levels. The floor is insulated with 1/2” foam and a vapor barrier. The walls were sound deadened and insulated with foam. All cabinetry was built from scratch using premium plywood/hardwood, glued and screwed. Real shaker cabinet doors paired with European hinges. Standing room is 5' 6". Ceiling has been insulated with mineral wool. Pine tongue and groove with 6 led can lights and two green Rigid rock lights. Chevy captains chairs installed up front both with dual armrests. Passenger seat has a swivel mount. Propane Camp Chef two-burner stove and oven combo. Solid butcher block countertops. Massimo 52 qt. fridge/freezer, located in slide-out cabinet underneath the bed. Ruvati stainless steel kitchen sink with a 2.5 gallon removable gray water tank. Vent fan installed above oven/stove. Does an incredible job providing airflow when you’re cooking. 22 gallon interior fresh water tank (insulated as well) with a quick 1/4 turn drain valve underneath. Suburban 16k BTU propane heater, w/thermostat keeps the van any temperature you want, no matter how cold it is outside. It’s really an overkill, but is extremely efficient. LP gas alarm, to alert you of any possible leaks. Complete bed liner paint job, done right. Door jams sprayed as well. All fluids have been flushed. All new suspension. Recent 4 wheel alignment. A/C blows ice cold. Full tune-up (oil change, spark plugs, pcv valve, air filter, trans filter). Brand new brakes, calipers and rotors. Electric tow mirror upgrade. Complete front clip swap, with the newer 2008-2019 front end. Led headlight upgrade. Bumper mounted 30” Rigid LED light bar w/green backlight. KYB monomax shocks front and rear. 3” lift from Ford Parts One. Hellwig overload springs on rear leafs. Would benefit from e250 springs. All terrains with American Racing 15” wheels. Full size spare (brand new) mounted on rear door. There are a few quirks that I was planning to address if I held onto the van: - Cosmetic damage to the dashboard (by my dog) - Power locks do not function. A new actuator needs to be installed. - Cabin lights do not work
