Seller's Description

- 2020 Ram Promaster 2500 - 159" High Roof - FWD - 49,000 miles - 100,000 mile extended warranty - $100 deductible at any Dodge dealership Our circumstances have changed and our dream van build journey has come to an end. You get to pick up where we left off, get creative, and make it your own perfect home on wheels. Our progress: Prep: - Touched up interior scuffs and scratches with white paint. There was no rust. - Rolled on Kilmat 100 mil (thickest they make.) The van is very quiet while driving. Flooring: - 1" x 1" pressure-treated boards for the framing. We used Loctite to glue down the main side-to-side boards and then screwed everything else together, to them. We wanted minimal chemicals and no holes in the van floor. - 1" R-Tech Rigid Foam Board for the floor insulation. - 3/4" Birch plywood, wrapped and sealed tight in Tyvek, for the subfloor. - Whisper Step vinyl flooring underlayment. Great stuff. The website says, "It provides Class II moisture control and sound deadening and minimizes squeaks and creaks." We agree. - Mannington Essentials Kona Beach 7" x 48" Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. We had some extra left over and will include it with the van. - Outer (side and back doors) edges finished with aluminum angle. Insulation: - A layer of Reflectix, HVAC aluminum foil taped on, with a layer of Havelock wool, and then another layer of Reflectix. We only used tape. No spray glue. There are a few places we didn't get around to finishing. We have the extra Havelock wool needed to finish it. You will only need to buy one more roll of Reflectix. Bed: - All 2"x4" boards. We used rivnuts to bolt the side boards to the subframe and Kreg jigged the support boards underneath. Very sturdy bed. - 1"x6" boards for the slats - We will be including the queen-size memory foam mattress with your van. It has a cooling gel top layer and it's wonderful. It has a zip-up washable mattress protector on it. We cut about five inches or so off of the mattress for it to fit side to side and used the extra piece in the gap between the mattress and back doors. You also have the option of cutting a little off the back corners of the mattress, so that it fits further back against the doors. Electrical: - 3000w Renogy 12V Pure Sine Wave Inverter Charger w/ LCD Display (This unit serves as your inverter and is also what charges your batteries via the shore power plug.) - 30 Amp black shore power inlet, with 10/3 AWG wiring. We will also include our 25 ft 30 Amp shore power cord and surge protector. - 50 Amp Renogy DC-DC On-Board Battery Charger with MPPT Solar Charge Controller (This is also a combo unit. It charges your batteries via the van's alternator and is also the solar charge controller for your solar panels. We'll cover those further down.) - Two Redodo 12V 200Ah Plus LiFePO4 Batteries, with built-in 200A BMS and Grade-A Cells, for a total of 400Ah. These batteries are excellent. We were only able to do two of our planned four lithium batteries. We screwed down support boards for the batteries to keep them off the floor, in case there was ever a water leak or something. You will see the boards extending past the side of the batteries, as space for the other two. - Renogy 500A Battery Monitor With Shunt - Renogy BT-2 Bluetooth Module - Blue Sea Systems 6006 m-Series Master Battery On/Off Switch - 300A 12V Marine 12V Power Distribution Blocks with Covers 6 x 3/8" (M10) Terminal Studs (positive and negative bus bars) - Inline fuses throughout - All cables/wires are either pure copper, or tinned copper. All lugs are pure copper. - One two-prong 120v outlet. Air Conditioner: - 12v Velit 8,000BTU rooftop unit. It is GREAT. - The highest settings will pull around 60-65 amps. - The lowest settings cut off and on and pull around 20-30 amps, depending on how hot it is outside. - 5-6 hours of battery life on high, without solar. - 10-12 hours on lowest setting, without solar. Fan: MaxxAir Maxxfan Deluxe, with remote Included Extras: - 4 ft and 25 ft fresh water hoses & filter - 25 ft 30A shore power cord and surge protector - Additional Havelock wool - Extra flooring - Two thermal curtains - 12v cooler-style refrigerator - Screwed-down base for a Thetford Porta Potti 92306 - Three brand new 175w Renogy solar panels that we weren't able to install will come with it. 525 watts total. The 3-to-1 branch connectors will be included. You will need to buy the wiring, Z Brackets, inline fuses, cable entry gland, and solar disconnect switch. We can give you a list of exactly what you will need. - 80/20 style t-slotted black extruded aluminum roof rack side and cross rails, connector plates, and hardware that we were also not able to install, to hold your solar panels. You would only need to buy the mounts for the rack. - Box of electrical supplies, such as 12v dimmable, warm-cool color changeable puck lights with remote, wires, lever nuts, fuses, etc. Thanks for looking!
